I am Korean-American and grew up in Hawaii. Moved to Spokane to get my Masters in Counseling at Gonzaga. I have been a Mental Health Counselor since 2011 and have been a Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist since 2017 and a Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist Supervisor since 2021. I am licensed in Washington state and also in Hawaii. 

I currently specialize in working with mixed faith couples, interracial couples, and couples who are struggling to connect due to life transitions.

I also work with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship distress, self-identity, racial identity, racial trauma, religious trauma, and betrayal trauma.
